1- Inform the our rental consultant your requirement
for location and unit type and check the availability on our data
base with pictures.
2- Visit properties that match your budget and requirements
3- Once you find a property place a deposit on it which is usually
one month refundable deposit (upon vacating the property after
inspection) and one month rent in advance.
4- Check on the water and electric meters to be included in the
rental contract which will be in 3 copies (one copy for the owner-second
for the agent-third to the tenant.
5- Pick up the keys and sign on the inventory list of the property
furniture.
6- Rent to be paid monthly during the first 3 days of the month.
7- In case of problems to contact Sharm El Sheikh Real Estate
rental agent to solve it.
