3- Check on our map the location of the property and the facilities and the amenities in the are
4- Make your search for the proper property you choose with our sales consultant.
5- After you choose the property with our sales consutant.(correct to consultant)
6- Check on the due diligence of the property through an independent lawyer (never use the agent lawyer as it is a conflict of interest.
7- Read with your lawyer the sale contract.
8- Place a deposit to secure the property location and price.
9- Sign a reservation form with the agent with all the property data and procedure of payment.
10- Agent will send you a sale contract of the property and you are required to sign 2/3 copies depends on the developer and mail back to the agent office.
11- Transfer the contracting deposit as been detailed in the reservation form and all the financial details.
12- The money will be paid to the developer against a receipt
13- The contract will be signed and stamped by the developer and mailed back to you or given to your lawyer as per your instructions. It is very simple procedures which would take all in all between 4 to 6 weeks depends on the money transaction.
